Kamal brings with him over 40 years experience in the chemical Industry and has spearheaded commissioning and operations at various facilities across India. A regular participant in the Pine Chemicals Association conferences, Kamal is well acclaimed and has delivered speeches on multiple occasions.

Kamal has been the president of the All India Manufacturers Organization and is presently the Vice President of the Indo-China Chamber of Commerce. He holds a BSc.Science degree and has thereafter received extensive training at National Chemical Laboratory.

Pannkaj has been involved in the Pine Chemicals Industry for over 30 years and brings with him wide experience to oversee day-to-day activities at MOL.

He has been the Past President of Akhil Bharatvarshia Marwadi Agrawal Jatiya Kosh, a renowned institution running schools and colleges.

He has studied Business Administration from Landsdown College, New Hampshire University in the UK.

Akshay joined Mangalam Organics in 2013 and has since initiated the B2C retail channels by establishing two brands Mangalam – Camphor Tablets for pious purposes and CamPure – Camphor based products for homecare needs such as air fresheners.

Akshay has pursued  Msc . Business Analytics and Consulting from Warwick Business School, post which he worked as a strategy consultant before joining MOL.
